This policy explains what personal data KRANOS collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and only collect what we need.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
When you place an order
Your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you ordered and the payment status. We use this to process and deliver your order, handle returns and answer your questions.
Legal basis: performance of the contract. We keep order and invoice data for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires this.
When you create an account (optional)
Your name, email address and order history, so you can view your orders.
Legal basis: performance of the contract. Kept until you ask us to delete your account.
When you sign up for a free program or our email list
Your first name, email address and which program you signed up for. We use this to send you the program and emails about new programs and drops.
Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a "do not email" list, so you don't receive our emails again.
When you contact us
Your name, email address and your message, so we can answer you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your questions. Kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless it relates to an order.
When you visit our website
Technical data such as your IP address, browser and device, and the pages you view. Cookies that are strictly necessary (for example for your cart and checkout) are always on. Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
• Shopify — hosts our store, checkout and emails, and runs automated fraud checks on orders (if an order is flagged, we review it ourselves).
• Payment providers — process your payment.
• PostNL — delivers your order and receives your name, address and email for track & trace.
• Revoq — runs our online withdrawal form (EU-hosted) and receives the name, email address and order number you enter there, to register your withdrawal and send you a confirmation.
• Authorities — only when the law requires it.
These parties only receive the data they need. We never sell your personal data.
Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in Canada or the United States. These transfers are protected by an EU adequacy decision (Canada; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Shopify also acts as an independent controller for some of its own services; see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users).
SECURITY
Our store runs on Shopify, which uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and PCI-compliant payment processing. Only KRANOS has access to your data in our store.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at info@kranos.nl; we respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Please tell us. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
AGE
Our store and programs are not intended for anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please don't sign up without permission from a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
