2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every order placed on kranos.nl and to the free training and nutrition programs we offer. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Shipping policy, Returns & withdrawal policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.
3. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour can occur because of screen settings. All prices are in euros and are final prices (including VAT where applicable). Shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you pay. An obvious pricing mistake (for example €4.00 instead of €40.00) does not bind us.
4. Your order
The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. Our drops are limited. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you ordered it, or we have to cancel an order (for example because of a stock error or suspected fraud), we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund the full amount within 14 days.
5. Payment
You pay in the checkout using one of the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card or bank details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. We deliver within 30 days at the latest. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. How this works is described in our Returns & withdrawal policy. You can withdraw online via Withdraw from contract here.
8. Guarantee and complaints
Our products meet the agreement and the legal requirements (conformity). If something is wrong, email us at info@kranos.nl with your order number and a description (and photos if useful). We confirm your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. Your statutory rights always apply.
9. Free training and nutrition programs
Our programs contain general information for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and do not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Talk to a doctor before you start if you have a medical condition or injury, take medication, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You follow the programs at your own risk, and results differ from person to person.
The programs are for your personal use. You may print them for yourself, but you may not sell, publish or share them. When you sign up for a program, you also join the KRANOS email list; you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
10. Intellectual property
The KRANOS name, logo, emblem, designs, programs, texts and photos belong to KRANOS. You may not use them without our written permission.
11. Liability
We are liable as provided by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for intent or gross negligence.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first — we'll do our best to find a solution. If we can't, the dispute can be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.

We may change these terms. The version that was on the website when you placed your order applies to that order.
